Notes:
- Cleaning Fee: $250/stay

- Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- Check-in time is 3pm, Check out time is 10am.
Cleaning Services:
- Cleaning service upon departure is included in the price. There is no daily cleaning service.
- Abuse or damage beyond normal use that requires extra cleaning or replacement will be charged to the client.
Cancellation:
- More than 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 2 weeks: No refund
