Built in 2015, this is a gorgeous house is conveniently located right downtown in Old Town Hailey. (Hailey is 15 minutes from Ketchum.) It is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, bars, and a grocery store.
MAIN FLOOR:
The main floor is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, pool table, and dart board. The living room has gas fireplace, HD TV (cable and HBO), and DVD player.
The kitchen is open with stainless appliances, granite countertops, eat-in bar, and stocked with lots of small appliances. There is also a full bathroom and large mudroom with washer and dryer.
UPSTAIRS:
The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bathtub, and double sinks. It has a large TV with cable, and there is a balcony.
One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed, and a TV with Internet channels only. The third bedroom has twin built-in bunk beds, and a TV with cable, DVD player, and PlayStation. These 2 bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with double sinks and combination shower/tub. All bedrooms have great views of the mountains!
BASEMENT:
The basement has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and 1 bathroom with large shower. There is a separate sitting room in the basement with large TV (Internet channels only) and DVD player.
The backyard is spacious with nice deck, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and hot tub.

NOTE:
This is our primary home, but we travel a lot. Some of our personal belongings will be in drawers and closets. We ask that you respect our personal items and locked-off areas. The garage is off limits.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and loud groups are not allowed.
